1. Contract Workforce
All outsourced/contract labourers supplied by ROYAL ENTERPRISES will remain on the rolls of ROYAL ENTERPRISES.
2. Manpower & Service Charges
The number of outsourced workers, rates, facilities and benefits will be mutually discussed and agreed upon according to the positions and requirements of the client from time to time.
Service charges will also be mutually discussed and agreed upon according to the positions. Normally, our service charge is 10% of the total wages paid.
3. Payment of Wages
Wages for outsourced contract labourers will be paid by ROYAL ENTERPRISES in the presence of the client's authorized officials, as mutually agreed.
4. Manpower Availability
We will maintain the agreed manpower strength. Any short supply will be compensated/replaced immediately, subject to the agreed terms, to minimize any impact on production and productivity.
5. ESI & EPF
All outsourced contract labourers will be covered under applicable ESI and EPF provisions, with individual identification/code numbers and relevant records such as ID cards and payslips, as applicable.
6. Statutory Changes
Any increase or change in minimum wages, dearness allowance, ESI, EPF or other statutory obligations shall be dealt with according to applicable law and the agreed contractual arrangement between the parties.
7. Statutory Compliance
Applicable statutory compliance relating to ESI, EPF, GST and other obligations applicable to ROYAL ENTERPRISES will be carried out by us.
8. Bonus & Leave
Payments relating to bonus, national and festival holidays, annual leave with wages and other applicable statutory benefits will be handled according to applicable law and the agreed terms between the principal employer and ROYAL ENTERPRISES.
9. Accidents & Medical Assistance
In the event of an accident involving an outsourced worker, first aid will be provided by the client/company as required, following which ROYAL ENTERPRISES will provide necessary assistance and coordinate further support in accordance with applicable law and the agreed terms.
10. Monthly Billing
Bills will normally be submitted on or before the 3rd of every month, and payment is expected to be effected by the 10th of every month, subject to the agreed commercial terms.
11. Discipline & Safety
ROYAL ENTERPRISES will ensure that supplied personnel follow the applicable rules, regulations, discipline and safety requirements of the client's organization.
12. Contract Period
The terms and conditions of the contract will initially apply for a period of one year from the commencement of services and may be extended for a further period based on mutually agreed terms.
